COLLEGE APPLICATION NOTIFICATION FORM
>It is recommended that students submit their college application to the college BEFORE requesting transcripts.
Students will request their transcript through Parchment a minimum 10 school days in advance (DO NOT USE Parchment if the college uses COMMON APP or SEND EDU or any other electronic platform that has a transcript upload).
Parchment
A transcript cannot be released until a student has requested it electronically through Parchment.com. Parent approval required if under 18 years of age. This service is free for sending transcripts to colleges that are part of the Parchment network and accept an electronic transcript.
*If you prefer to have all documents mailed to the college, and do not want to use Parchment, then please submit a request at the Counseling Office with and all items will be made available to you for mailing. A minimum of 10 school days, not including holidays, is required for all transcript and letter/school form requests regardless of electronic or paper.
Senior Information Sheet 2016-17 has to be submitted to the counselor with the first transcript request.
SAT and ACT Scores need to be requested directly through the respective testing agencies. It is the student’s responsibility to have SAT and ACT scores sent directly to the college/university/NCAA.

Fulton County Does NOT print SAT and ACT scores on the transcript. Send scores early to colleges.
Applying Using The Common Application?
Create your account on Commonapp.org and complete the required forms.
Enter your counselors email to invite them to be your recommender and fill out the school form. Your counselor will complete the secondary school report and upload your transcript. Allow 10 School Days for processing.
Students applying to schools using Common App WILL NOT request transcripts to the same schools using Parchment.

Applying for a Scholarship?
All transcript requests for scholarship purposes must be processed through the Counseling Office. Please provide any counselor forms or request letters of recommendation at the time of the transcript request. All transcript and recommendation requests will be processed within 10 School Days.
Unofficial transcripts can be printed from Home Access Center or Student Access Center.
